01Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using NXSC.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. By clicking "I Agree", authenticating via Discord, or joining an operation, you explicitly consent to these terms.

02Star Citizen Community Conduct

NXSC is a dedicated Star Citizen organization. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that ruins the experience for others or violates the organization's rules. Prohibited activities include:

• Griefing & Harassment: Using the platform to coordinate malicious gameplay such as excessive "friendly fire" or persistent harassment of specific players.
• Espionage & Piracy: Using organizational information to target our operations, members, or allies.
• Deception: Falsifying RSI handles or utilizing alternate accounts without High Command approval.
• Exploitation: Attempting to scrape user data or disrupt platform services.

04Account Responsibility

To access full features, you must link your RSI handle and Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your handle. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

05Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any in-game losses (UEC, ships, gear) resulting from operations or connections made on NXSC.
