01Information We Collect

Nexus Space Command (NXSC) collects minimal data necessary to facilitate community management:

• Identification Data: Your RSI Handle and Discord Information for login and account linking purposes.
• Organizational Data: Your rank, branch, and role within the organization.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser fingerprints (used strictly for security).
• Interaction Data: Activity logs, operation participation, and promotion history.

02How We Use Data

Your data is used to populate the official roster, track organizational progress, calculate operational metrics, and synchronize your roles across our integrated platforms (such as Discord). We use security data strictly to protect our infrastructure.

03Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely with encrypted connections via Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Access to sensitive administrative data is strictly restricted to High Command and automated infrastructure bots.

04Third-Party Services

We integrate with Discord for authentication and RSI for handle verification. These services have their own privacy policies which you should review. We are not responsible for how CIG or Discord handles your data.

05Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting High Command or leaving the Discord. Note that some audit logs and historical operation records may be retained to protect the integrity of the organization's history.
